Delivery Schedules

At DNA Juices we take customer service very seriously. And always aim to offer great customer service with every order. The following applies exclusively to orders made on the dnajuices.com website. If you have ordered via one of our third party delivery partners (Uber Eats, Deliveroo) please contact them directly as we do not have access to your order information.

DNA Juices offers delivery across the UK - with specific timeslots for London based orders (please see below). If you are ordering from the rest of the UK your order will be dispatched within 24hours, at checkout out you can enter specific days or times if required.

All deliveries placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be delivered the next day with allocated time slots (at the customer's request)

Our time slots are as follow:  7.00am - 8.00am   /    8.00am - 9.30am   /   10.00am - 12.00pm

If you require a slot outside of these please fill in our special request's box during checkout - we will then do our best to fulfill this request. You will be contacted via email or telephone about delivery.

FREE delivery on all orders £50 and over otherwise an additional £5 charge for delivery.
